CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW
Cancellation for reservations made via website: If the cancellation occurs up to 07 (seven) days before check-in, the amount deposited will be refunded. After the seventh day of booking confirmation, contact the Reservations Sector to verify the penalties and fines applied to your rate. A confirmed stay is considered to be the one in which the customer has made a deposit (payment) of at least 50% for the stay.
No Show: Withdrawal of the stay after check-in, the amount deposited will not be refunded and will involve full payment for the period reserved. Failure to show up for the stay will be considered "no show" and will result in the payment and/or withholding of the total amount for the reserved period.

Invoice
Pousada & Parada Olhos D'Água issues a manual invoice and tax coupon. Like all other companies in Santa Bárbara do Tugúrio, we do not issue NF-e (electronic invoice), as this is a service not provided by the municipality.
